The speed of O2 reaction was evident, as is the training. He clearly quickly assesses armed citizens helping him and manages them all very well (and dont forget he is the one that dropped the 2 suspects with his long gun right before they ACs (the good ones, not the GLP slags) get on scene) then again goes back to training with the suspects on the ground. I am assuming that the video footage will be used to remind and build training events for Reno and other PDs around the country to train better and longer on field tourniquet employment (including using the damn long gun strap in a pinch!)
