The "state" can't ban anything.
All they can 'lawfully' do is 'monetary policy'(ie "ban the sale of").


If anyone were really concerned thay'd become a private Gunsmith.
Then you can 'charge the state' if you want them to tell you what to do.

We've already been thru all of this with the "War on Drugs"
Just synthesize a copy and name it whatever you want - And don't touch their 'money'.
