I bought an expensive, locally made burrata cheese from VT - made a Caprese salad, took a bite and had a hair in my mouth attached to the cheese.

Truffles, other fungii and a variety of European chocolate ingredients will all contain the stuff.

Put most farmer's market stuff under the microscope and see the same kind of thing.

I never liked them, Told Jaso don't waist your money, I prefer a good KitKat chocolate for me.

A microscope might not be a bad diet tool these days. You can eat anything you "want" as long as you look at it 2000x first.
