I NEVER eat those. I'm so grateful!
But, I will say that our stomach acids should
disintegrate any and most all little creatures
that may exist in our pre-packaged food.
That's the thing about making your own food, you
get to examine things more closely.
If you buy, 'prepared food', there is always a
possibility of contamination. But that's what
our very strong immune system does, it will
protect you. Our modern conveniences were
not always here. Some of our ancestors had
to eat way worse food to survive...
