It’s not easy. I believe you’re right/ she’s not happy. Your vulnerability and honesty is so rare. It seems like women are “owning” their weight in the last few years, the women in my family certainly did. This video isn’t owning though she’s pretentious like circus act.

I grew up in a clan of funny fat ladies and find there could be a balance of acceptance of where we today, and learn tomorrow is a whole new day.
Focusing on supporting our bodies; countering the more negative habits so there’s balance.

A couple tweaks in a diet / habits can send you another direction. Emotional eatting is real. Deep looking and processing ourselves/ families helps us slay & overcome.
