My idea was to put a legal (law non-violent) bounty on him - in $DERO or $XMR and advise:
Whoever legally brings Gates to be found guilty of a crime wins the bounty.
You couldn't do this on gofundme ect.. but privacy coins are built for this kind of stuff.
Again emphasise thay it is NO VIOLENCE - it has to be lawfully legal.
