Trump puts Pence in charge of coronavirus response

Under the National Pandemic Response Protocols which were in place many years before 2020.. the President must defer to medical and scientific experts. Trump declared a PHE- Public Health Emergency. The FDA is the agency that authorizes EUA emergency use authorization.

Trump, and any other potential political candidates need to admit the vaccines are not safe nor effective and make changes to the Pandemic Response Protocols so that this reaction cannot be used again without rigorous independent oversight by entities that do not have conflict of interest.

The only politicians that I have heard come out about the response and vaccines during all this is Sen Ron Johnson, Sen Rand Paul and now DeSantis. All other politicians in US and Worldwide with few exceptions have maintained the narrative for mass vaccinations, lockdowns, masks etc.
