The Immigration & Naturalization Act, was also a project of John F Kennedy, supported by his brothers Ted and Robert, which was passed and signed by Lyndon B. Johnson, in honor of John F Kennedy. This bill set the path of the USA being converted from a majority White country, to a 3rd world Colored country by removing European quotas. Hence, the fault for all the above must be squarely laid on John F Kennedy and his brothers.
