I watched the entire thing. Here’s my take:

Any of the police that delivered a blow to his head should have been fired and charged. The others should have been exonerated because he never quit struggling to keep his hands from being put behind his back. Whoever was the supervisor on scene should be reprimanded and demoted for not stepping in when the blows to his head were being delivered. The police relied too heavily on pepper spray, it actually worked against them as it affected them and it made him slippery. The two EMS workers that stood over him and did nothing should be interviewed to determine why they stood over a handcuffed suspect and did nothing. My thought on that is that they were directed by the police officers to not touch him.

There should be no protests as charges were filed and people were fired.

Perhaps the reason there is not so much outrage is because the police were all charged with 2nd degree murder

The George Floyd protests could have been avoided if they had charged Chauvin for the murder promptly.

As I recall the mayor wanted hm charged early on and it was overridden by the police.

All five cops are in jail this morning on 2nd degree murder charges, among many other charges including official misconduct. No bail has yet been set.

That's a victory.

Five former Memphis Police officers were charged Thursday in the death of Tyre Nichols and booked into the Shelby County Jail.

Former officers Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Justin Smith, Emmitt Martin III and Desmond Mills, Jr. are all charged with one count of second-degree murder, aggravated assault-acting in concert, two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of official misconduct and one count of official oppression, court records show.

Aggravated kidnapping means they had no legitimate cause to confront him.and my guess is they are building a case for premeditated 1st degree murder

Biggest thing I got from the video is Memphis city schools need to add more words to the vocabulary they are teaching. How many MFs and GDs did these guys use.

Police aren't known for their intelligence. Most departments dont accept people above 100 iq and the average IQ of a cop nationwide is less than 90
