Last June, Jay had to get vaccinated to start his live comedy show at Del Lage casino. Since then, his cognition has gotten worse and worse, finally resulting in the car fire and now motorcycle accident. NBC just canceled his "Garage" show because he can't stay focused or remember the script and he's passed out a few times so they're worried about lawsuits, too
