A temperature of 63 degrees is optimal for sleep in winter, about 68 in summer. Get off the net before bed and do an old fashioned activity like reading a book or doing a jigsaw puzzle. You'll get super sleepy. Tomfoolery |

Maybe even relocate them. When I sleep on a motorized couch, if it's plugged in I can feel the electricity running through my body and it prevents me from sleeping well at all! If I fall asleep when it's plugged in, I'll wake up groggy like I did not go through REM. Or literally zaps the energy from me, our bodies are electrical after all , so it makes sense. Do some research on the subject. If your bed is near a wall that has electrical wiring running near it and the bed springs can amplify that current in a sense , try moving your bed or sleeping on a different side? Could even be a cell phone charger (cable), also turn your wifi and mobile radio power . |

I haven't been able to fall asleep until 5-6 in the morning lately. It seems to me that this may be due to the approach of Typhon or the destroyer planet to our planet. It's so surprising and upsetting - almost painful in a way. Anyone else have this too? THANK GOD for indica edibles though. The only thing that helps me get any sleep lately. |

Also because as you age your circulation is worst (heart, veins, muscle wasting) your brain wakes up to move around against stagnant blood and linfatic. If you do not wish to wake with fucked up dreams just take some arginine and zinc before each cycle and enogh carbs to keep you asleep. In fact low glycemia will wake you up. |
