Not only that but when he swings the hammer of course you can't see the hammer hit him, it conveniently shifts to the right out of camera view. Then the cop keeps looking down but Pelosi's head never comes into view, it's always out of the frame. I think the whole thing was staged, like a reenactment video.

I know I’m going to catch heat for this, but the location appears to be the same, and the camera is unable to pick up the steps. This isn’t all too surprising when you consider the steps are the same color, don’t have pronounced outlines, and this probably happened in the dark (meaning no shadows).

In the first image, you can see David’s right foot is raised even with the left (0:20). If you slow the video down here, you can see that David steps his right foot back and down the step, Image 2 (0:21). Later, you can see David take a pronounced motion with his right foot over the step, around 0:36, Image 3.

Slow the above timestamps down and view his right foot closely. I’m convinced there’s a step, and unfortunately the footage conveniently cuts out his original approach.

I’m still Team Fake. The different colored clothes may be due to the infrared- but there’s no excuse for this footage to be released so late.. Similarly, why do they have such shitty security!? None of this makes sense, but the location at least appears correct.
