Stop talking about red lines! It's an empty phrase! Berlin, Paris, Madrid, London, Washington should be on Fire!

Vladimir Solovyov, star Russian TV presenter, rails against the shipment of German Leopard tanks in his latest TV appearance. In a program of the Russian state television and radio broadcasting company (VGTRK), he encourages "burning Berlin, Paris, Madrid, London and Washington", for his responsibility in the war in Ukraine by sending heavy weapons to the battlefront "to kill Russian soldiers” and thus help the regime of Volodymyr Zelensky.

The video is marked as "russian propaganda", but I could not find another one without it which features english subtitles.
