Siezing Water:The Water Restoration Act of 2007
The Water Restoration Act of 2007, along with others, gives the federal government complete control over every waterway, river, stream, lake, aquifer, creek, slew, swamp, underground spring and even the rain that runs off your roof. Why? Well to better protect you from polluters and to ensure water safety, and of course “national security”.

Here’s the real deal. Oil which has been deemed the worlds most valuable commodity (remember that word) is quickly being replaced by water. Water is the new “gold”. Under the Public Trust doctrine, the government is prohibited from converting something such as water (a human right…we can’t live without it) to a commodity. It must remain in a public trust, meaning that it is so important to our survival that it should never be subjected to markets, trading or private interests. In other words, it should never be reclassified as a commodity. But this Act lays the groundwork for removing from the Public Trust this basic human right which is a necessity, and will facilitate it being reclassified a “needed commodity”. Enter the multi-national corporations.

Talk about fucking bullshit. Whats next privatizing the air supply? How about they fit every toilet with a lock that you have to pay up front to use. After that they can install a lock on my dick that way there could be absolutely no theft. What a bunch of assholes.

Oh yeah, I'm on the front lines, living on the Great Lakes.

The feds haven't taken over yet but there's talk in our local newspaper about who really owns the water here?

Are you freaking kidding me???

Not only the water, but some of our interstates in the US are being quietly sold to foreign investors.

It's happening in baby steps so the people won't notice.

Yeah, and privately owned property and even the air might be next.

Jordan Maxwell talked about this years ago. You can find it on YouTube or Google.

No linky, I stinky. Sorry, but the info is there. No time to look it up right now.

"If you want to know where the water is running low (including 36 U.S. states), why we haven't been able to protect it and what we can do to ensure everyone has the right to water, Barlow's book is an essential read. It is part science, part policy and part impassioned call. And the information in Blue Covenant couldn't come from a more reliable source. Barlow is the national chairperson of the Council of Canadians and co-founder of the Blue Planet Project, which is instrumental in the international community in working for the right to water for all people. She also authored Blue Gold: The Fight to Stop Corporate Theft of the World's Water with Tony Clarke. And she's the recipient of the Right Livelihood Award (known as the "Alternative Nobel") for her global water justice work."

UN rejects water as basic human right
Mike De Souza , Canwest News Service
Published: Tuesday, March 25, 2008

OTTAWA - The Harper government can declare victory after a United Nations meeting rejected calls for water to be recognized as a basic human right.

Instead, a special resolution proposed by Germany and Spain at the UN human rights council was stripped of references that recognized access to water as a human right. The countries also chose to scrap the idea of creating an international watchdog to investigate the issue, choosing instead to appoint a new consultant that would make recommendations over the next three years.

Federal officials in Canada said last week that the government wanted to ensure the meeting's outcome reflected the fact that access to water is not formally recognized as a human right in international law. But a social advocacy group said that the position was designed to protect the right to sell water under the North American Free Trade Agreement.

In the USA, neither water nor food is a basic
human right. A court can order both withheld.

Never forget... March 2005, a US court ordered
water and food withheld from Terri Schiavo...
she dehydrated to death 13 days later while
police stood guard to make sure no one gave
her even a tiny drop of water.

SYNOPSIS
Great Lakes Water Resources Compact
It's about UN Agenda 21 styled attempt to take
complete control of the Great Lakes including
Lake Erie, and take all other private water
rights away from everyone in Ohio, and seven
other states. Ohio's back is up against the
wall on this now. As of March 22, Michigan is
the only state that has not passed any
legislation on the Great Lakes St. Lawrence
River Basin Water Resources Compact in either
legislative chamber. In Wisconsin, Ohio and
Pennsylvania legislation has passed in only
one legislative chamber but has not become
law. The other four states involved in which
the compact has been signed into law are
New York, Minnesota, Indiana and Illinois.
We don't need the Compact as we already have
a Federal law protecting diversion of
Lake Erie water that was passed in 1986 and
renewed in 2007.
It is called the "Water Resource Development Act".
Rep. Mathew Dolan sponsors this new bill to
"protect" our already protected water.
It will do just the opposite! The wording in it
will place all water of the "Basin" under
state control (public/state trust).
Understand, that the "Basin" is not the edge of
Lake Erie but extends deep inland. This means
your private wells, ponds and streams will be
put in a "public/state trust" controlled by the
state. Your GOD given right to water will be
converted to a privilege under state control,
thru the "public/state trust". This "privilege"
can be revoked at anytime by the state and there
is no law to protect you from that if your water
is in a "public/state trust". This is what
Rep. Mathew Dolan wants.
Who among you trusts the government that much?!
It is also VERY interesting that the first official
action that incoming New York governor David
Patterson took (even before being officially
sworn into office) was to sign the Great Lakes
Compact.

TIME TO TAKE SOME ACTION AND WRITE A LETTER.
from Ed Corsi - sample Letter to Editors

(sample)
To the Editor.
Over the past few weeks I have seen letters from just a few people who continually
blast state Senator Tim Grendell for his stand about the Lake Erie Water Compact issue.
They say he should be run out of office because he is not protecting our water.
These distorted letters, written by people who are ignorant of the truthful facts are
disturbing to me. Ignorance in action is a frightful thing!
Senator Grendell is protecting our water! I and others have done research on this because
we too are concerned about our water. Here is what most people do not know.
We don't need the Compact as we already have a Federal law protecting diversion of
Lake Erie water that was passed in 1986 and renewed in 2007.
It is called the "Water Resource Development Act".
It seems to have been working very well all these years! Now here comes state
Rep. Mathew Dolan who sponsors a bill to "protect" our already protected water.
It will do just the opposite! The wording in it will place all water of the "Basin" under
state control (public/state trust). Understand, that the "Basin" is not the edge of
Lake Erie but extends deep inland and Geauga County is in the "Basin".
This means your private wells, ponds and streams will be put in a "public/state trust"
controlled by the state. Your GOD given right to water will be converted to a privilege
under state control, thru the "public/state trust". This "privilege" can be revoked at
anytime by the state and there is no law to protect you from that if your water is in
a "public/state trust". This is what Rep. Mathew Dolan wants.

No one owns the water.

Next thing you know, these idiots will be laying claim to cloud, mist and fog.

What about the urine in one's body - which technically could be reconstituted back to basic elements. How are they gonna manage that? Will it be illegal to take a pee in future?

What about condensation from glass panels, or anywhere where there is a temperature difference between two surfaces. How are they gonna manage that?

Quite simply, when financial systems, markets, supply and demand and the money-go-round system cease to exist, so to will all these dopey 'made-for-money' schemes.

It's easy to predict.. when there is no currency system anymore, this will all stop. Hehe.. Can't wait!

Control the food, control the water and you control the people. I believe it was Henry Kissinger who first made this observation when speaking about the importance of depopulation through the use of eugenics. Obviously good old Henry realized that overtaking the food and water supplies would go a long way in deciding who had a right to life.[Unquote]

As water decreases and wells and water sources dry up, would you want some form of water control? How about people that waste it or water their lawns or fill up their swimming pools? If it comes to that, we'll need some kind of control. Maybe that's what this is all about.

Re: Siezing Water:The Water Restoration Act of 2007
April 6,2001 we in the Klamath Basin were told the water we needed for crops would not be provided due to the sucker fish in the Klamath Lake needing the water before the farmers. It was a heartbreaking summer, we studied and learned all which is out there looking to rob civilization of their rights. Please know this during that summer millions of wildlife suffered far more than humans, no water to the refuges where ducks and geese were nesting. botulism set in killing millions of animals from the lack of water. The damned NWO fools who promoted this with the indians forgot.. our water goes to the wildlife and they stopped it dead!

The Agenda 21 is most dangerous, Jimmy Communist Carter signed this treaty with the UN in the late 70's. All wells eventually will have meters on them to keep our usage recorded. Why? Because the communist UN has worked diligently to tax us in the USA any way they could, they want control of our water of us. I think Santa Cruz CA was to be the first community to install well meters. The public is still fighting the issue I think.

A frightening situation, as we here in the Klamath Basin in Oregon are asked to agree to letting the local indian tribes control all water both surface and well water. This includes domestic wells. 4 hydroelectric dams are to be torn out on the theory that salmon might run to the Klamath Lake if the dams are gone. Never mind 70,000 people get power from these dams, never mind the entire project will cost TAX payers over 10 years 990 million dollars. No decision has been made as of yet, but it doesn;'t matter they will come back, again and again with even more outragious demands.

The Klamath Tribes sold their lands in the 60's, they were left the hunting and fishing rights on a million acres. Today we have an alignment with indian tribes and the eco-terrorists the wealthy idiots with more money than brains who finance them. together they are working to steal back all they were paid quite well for their lands 43K in the60s was a bunch of money at the time.

TO me it is like me going to someone who owns land my grandfather sold off 50 years ago, and demanding I get the land back because my grandpa owned it! they want a soverign nation, yet they want to be part of our society....reality is the indians are allowing the NWO bafoons use them, use their cause, in the end we will ALL lose!

As water decreases and wells and water sources dry up, would you want some form of water control? How about people that waste it or water their lawns or fill up their swimming pools? If it comes to that, we'll need some kind of control. Maybe that's what this is all about.

Same situation occurs in New Zealand. The indigenous people there are at loggerheads with the Government on very much the same thing. The Government want to control the seabed, foreshore, rivers, lakes - and keep the resources under their control. Call it a legacy of Colonial British rule since 1840.

Who cares about this powerless act? If you live next to a lake or pond, whats the government gonna do? Put up a huge fence and guard it 24/7?

Use your brains, its not as hard as it seems.

Its about 1 bucket of water per person, per day! Administered by the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund.

Simple, you have NO control and your permission isn't sought nor required.

You would be surprised.

Where I live you pay the authorities a certain amount depending on the size of your water tank and the space on your roof (used for rainwater harvesting)

Same goes for dams and wells. You pay to have the dam constructed and you pay the government (or the UN) according to how many mega litres your dam holds.

great lakes guy, I watched a documentary about one of the great lakes slowly evaporating. Local citizens thought they were pumping it into Vegas. You know anything about this?
