Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85157944 New Zealand is a testing ground and it was isolated. They released multiple bugs into the population last year. I'm unvaxed and last year I was hit with at least three really nasty bugs. For me nasty covid was the last one and it is nothing like the flu. There are several varieties of covid in New Zealand and I think I got two last year. A mildish one, followed by a real nasty one. My first bug was a severe common cold type flu. There were two days were I could not sleep more than 15 minutes it was so bad and I seriously thought it might get the better of me. The next bug months later made me loss my voice as one of the people said after going straight for my lungs and giving me pneumonia for the first time ever. It was nasty as but the last one, a strong variety of covid was like nothing I have every had before. I had a fever which took 6 weeks to fully go away and it went straight for my lungs and gave me pneumonia, again! Fortunately, I had medication and nipped it in the bud, twice. People are dying like flies in New Zealand. It seems everyone knows someone who has succumbed to these bugs and there are a lot more unvaxxed than you think. The number said to be vaxxed is not correct. . This is interesting and should have its own thread. Do you think the PMs resignation has anything to do with this? Who are the ones dying like flies? shot or not shot? I haven't lost anyone close to me but the hospitals have been stuff full all year and almost everyone has attended multiple funerals in the last year. My circle is not that large but I hear about these funerals all the time. I have a nephew who almost died aged 3. That was likely the nasty flu bug that makes you lose your voice. Adding to the problem is they are slow to give antibiotics and kids are getting so sick they end up in hospital. A young member of my family, aged around 18 months was sick repeatedly last year. She's a strong wee thing but she really struggled to shake these bugs off, but was hardly affected by covid. My elderly mum has isolated herself and she has so far not caught one of these nasty bugs and would likely not survive any of them. . |

That run was very long. Nothing bad at all really. Three days and better Fall into winter 2022. Ill three times since September. Same for my close family all UnVed Likely it is mostly V’ed people getting sick. But don’t assume it’s only them. They are also spreading something to everyone else Yeap, will add to this, never been vaxxed, got ill about 1 year ago, had a bad cold or about three days and then was fine. I have been around hundreds of people since, many of whom have been ill, yet nothing seems to take a hold of me at all. My girlfriends is also unvaxxed as well as some of my friends, for all of us it is exactly the same, everyone else around us is getting ill, and keeps getting ill, but we do not. |
