Yeah, the thing that throws me off is the altitude thing.

Think about how tiny a 747 is when it's flying high up.

If this thing is visible with the naked eye and it's ABOVE the high flying jets... sounds bigger than 3 bus lengths in diameter.

At what altitude does airspace become international and therefore not a violation of another country's airspace?

For example, satellites don't stick to airspace boundaries.

So this could be an admission.
