Look, the commercial is admittedly cheesy and should have been reworked, but these are just simple people with a modest culture. May Allah protect them.

Why do things have to be one extreme or the other. Why can't men control themselves?

Those shampoo pouches come in strips and people buy them one at a time, same all over Asia n middle east. Probably a better wat to buy as I always use too much and end up out lol!

They aren't "bound up" or wearing scarves at home around their family. Society has rules and guidelines to protect people from the exception, not the norm. There is no current Islamic theocracy right now; all Muslim majority countries apply a form of secular and international law with some parts of religious text incorporated in. In most of the Muslim majority countries, nobody would really care if you wore a head covering.

They would look at you as a foreigner and accept you as a foreigner. They would treat you well and show you hospitality regardless. Depending on your definition of regular clothes they might feel sorry for you or embarrassed for you that you feel the need to sexualise yourself but they would not vocalise this. If you were a local and dressed immodestly it would be a different story. They would not be so accommodating.
