At first, the Biden administration refused to acknowledge the existence of US Biolabs in Ukraine, but after a while the undersecretary of state, Victoria Nuland, did. According to the chief of the RCB Troops, Igor Kirillov, Russian forces have collected around 20, 000 documents, references and analytical materials as well as interviewed eyewitnesses and participants in the US military-biological programs since the beginning of the operation. Kirillov emphasised that the documents corroborate the theory that the Pentagon was planning to test biological weapons on the people of Ukraine and neighbouring countries, including Russia.
