The 'weak' US has no power to fight both Russia and China. The fight would be NOT about an aggressive Russia invading Ukraine, but mainly about Russia strong enough to not only withstand all the sanctions, but having an industrial capability to sustain a war with NATO. The US cannot maintain a 'status quo' with the USD as a world currency. Those days have ended. The best the collective west can do is negotiate a peace with Russia, on Russia's terms, and learn to coincide with being in a multi-polar world alongside other major players: China, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Iran. |
