One could argue that it is also unconstitutional to take felons' gun rights- or at least non-violent felons. How do I lose my right to defend myself for getting caught with some drugs or anything else non-violent?

I'll never forget the time a.tree fell on the highway. Everyone was taking turns and one car would go from one lane and then a car from the other direction would go. It went on for 20 minutes no issue and.traffic was doing fine. A cop shows up , gets put puts on a vest and starts "directing" traffic. Instead of a 5 minute wait for the cars to go it turned into a 30 minute wait. We know how to fucking take turns and go around the tree. He was pushing 30 cars one way 20 cars the other and it was a shit show. People beeping pissed off, if the cop mingled his own business, traffic would have been fine.

In fact, any hindrance in armament trade or sales is in violation of the constitution. There is a reason I use the word armament as it refers to offensive and defensive weapons and since 'arms' is used in both federal and state constitutions, arms is the short term for armament.

Hindrance as it has to do with private contracts is also absolutely prohibited 'contract clause' within the federal constitution. Government is prohibited from interfering with contracts. Hindrance is a two fold violation as the second amendment language states: "shall not be infringed".
