Do you have 20/20 vision?

I had 30/20 super weird but was a long time ago. Now I see fine close up but not distant unless I concentrate on it. I believe it has to do with computers working for long periods of time on a screen. Refuse glasses wife is pissed I wont do it but she is blind without them now cant imagine what that is like. So no thanks Maybe when I am 90 cant function shitting my pants its a possibility.

20/15 when I at the age of 49, then plummeted into far-sightedness within a few years. I can do "eye yoga" exercises and temporarily see clearly without reading glasses, but it's something that deteriorates within a couple of weeks, and I'm a lazy guy, so I wear readers.

I was able to read from forty feet what normal 20/20 vision could read from 20 feet.

Actually, I had LASIK in 1998, done by one of the doctors who taught the procedure around the world. I had astigmatism, though not bad enough to disqualify me for service. I needed glasses/contacts, though.

When the doc finished with me, my left eye was 20/15, and my right was 20/25. For the first couple years, it was like a super-power. I couldn't believe how good I could see.

Now, though? I need reading glasses, but still pretty good.

My vision is definitely no where near what it used to be at 52, but still not wearing glasses.

maybe after lasix over a decade ago, i had 15/20 or 20/15, but lost my nearsightedness which was super handy.

20/5 vision is what an eagle has, and only one human in history that has been known...

If you see at 40' what a normal person sees at 20, then you have 20/0 vision, the best vision on the planet!

20/15 means you have better vision that normal, and BUT often you will need reading glasses...

I'm around 20/300, last time I was checked. Legally Blind from a condition called RP.

I had really good vision as a youngster. When I went of to college and started reading a lot my vision degraded, so I went to the optometrist. He said I had 20/20 and he couldn’t do anything for me. I was amazed that the average person’s vision was that poor. Now my eyes are AFU with floaters.

Most kids do have better than 20/20 vision, and it degrades to 20/20 as they turn into adults...I've proven it with my own kids, and they could see things that I had to use a scope to see...

We don't need super eyesight as humans. We aren't that fast as runners, and can manage race cars and planes just fine...We use technology to gain the advantages...
