Is baking soda natural powder tooth paste the best?

i've read where pople swear by it. i've not done so, maybe i should try it too. thx for th reminder.

If you add floride. Make sure to mix it with fluoridated tap water with the chlorine ammonia crap.

Coconut oil, Xylitol, charcoal powder, peppermint oil, MCT oil.. all mixed together.

Works great mix fine salt with it.

Good nutrition and genetics are better than any toothpaste...It doesn't matter what kind of toothpaste you use, or even if you just brush with water...

Fill an empty hydrogen peroxide bottle with water, and a few teaspoons of baking soda and a teaspoon of sea salt, and fill your mouth with this solution and brush. Gargle with it also.

Actually, you need to bush your teeth more than anything to keep your gums healthy and strong. Toothpaste is more of a gimmick. But yes, backing soda and hydrogen peroxide will clean and whiten your teeth. So, will charcoal BTW. It just tastes better with mint oil. Salt water to gargle with will freshen breath and improve gum health too. After that eat a healthy diet low in carbs. Carbs tend to stick to teeth and cause decay.

Tooth decay, leads to all sorts of health conditions. Infact most elderly died from bacteria from their mouth which can cause heart attacks and strokes causes by dental decay. People get old and don't want to invest in their teeth any longer. Bacteria gets into their blood stream and causes inflammation. Then heart attacks and strokes follow.

I use baking soda for skin conditions. Its a very strong alkaline substance which gives its antifungal killing properties.

You can remove all kinds of skin problems with baking soda.

it doesn't really matter. it's whatever you find to be best for your body.

for instance, i've used fluoride toothpaste for years without fear of any damage and am considered to be one of the clearest psychic channels alive. i have discovered that if you earnestly practice your meditation daily/nightly, you will awaken special abilities regardless.

It's too coarse. Only use it every now and then to brush with.

Just grab whatever natural toothpaste you prefer, and brush as normal.

Then make a "swish" mix of mouthwash, little bit of baking soda and little bit of peroxide. You can premix it as well. Before you do your final rinse/spit after you brush, swish a tiny bit of this for about 30 seconds. Spit it out then do a quick final brush. Finish with a clean water rinse as normal. It will work better and not strip the enamel. (Plus it will whiten your teeth...)

You want to avoid brushing with any toothpaste that has GLYCERINE in it. That forms a coating on the teeth and keeps them from re mineralizing.
