I recently did a 100% cranberry gargle and swish for 3 minutes.

When I split it out in a white bowl I saw all these little black flakes of I don't know.

I put a little isopropyl alcohol on it and it when crazy and the black little flakes began to swarm together and rotate.

I encourage everyone to try this. Apparently we all have this stuff in us.
