Crack meth tent city

I hit two crackhead camp videos. The addicts are outrageous with their antics. I keep laughing again and again.

The crowds of tweekers that form around the cops in each video are over the top.

Officers bodycam fell off so you cannot see this.@2:15 the stunguns probes fall off and the officer has to DRIVE STUN. I am not familiar with drive stun. You hear a pop and the person getting drive stunned screams and says fuck! Ow! That hurt a lot more than I thought it would!
