I’m going to say no…that this is a natural catastrophe.

Now…IF it was, and we can safely assume that Russia and/or China has the same…then they’d also be able to detect and discern a natural quake from a man-made one. That being the case, I’d expect an in-kind retaliation of some sort within the week or next.

Still…I chalk this up to ‘nature,’ and ‘shit happens.’
