Humans are unique among other primates, and animals in general, due to our very large internalization of endogenous retroviral genes in our genome. This includes reverse transcriptase which can write mRNA backward (hence the retro part) into your DNA. The thing is that these retroviral genes are rarely if ever activated in normal human tissues. This means the chance of your cells doing this and permanently putting the spike code into your DNA to create mutant cell lines is vanishingly small even when multiplied by all body cells.

However, then pic related happened. Note the spike protein in the neural tissue. Note the lack of viral capsid protein thus proving definitively that this came from the vax. THIS changes things because neuronal tissue is the exception to this rule with retroviral genes. Rather than suppress these genes, they are widely activated and neurons themselves are genetically plastic. Even worse they can not just be apoptosed and replaced like most somatic cells can.
