This lady - who sounds completely sincere to me - says she works as a high level exec within the industry, running a global gas and oil recruitment firm. She helps firms with Succession Planning

She is seeing widespread "Succession Planning" going on. She explains Succession Planning is something companies do so they have plans in place for what is going to happen with staff , ie when they retire, move up the ladder, etc

She says executives are having their HR staff, managers, superintendents, foremen, etc, go through and look at all the staff who have been vaxxed . They are planning to have to replace them all within 3 years

She said it's got some of these people in tears as they are checking off the lists . People are "petrified" about what it will mean for their businesses as well.

My first thought was for this "mobilisation of succession planning" to be going on in what sounds like widespread fashion, is that some intel had to have come down from the very top to set this ball in motion. ie "at the top KNOWS what is coming"

This is some scary shit. But my partner pointed out that it doesn't mean everyone is going to die, it could be that many just get too ill to work/have vax injuries, etc.
