Don't think so. I've already had one stupid woman try to extort money out of me by lying that my dogs bit her dog through the fence. Problem for her is she didn't realize there's metal chicken wire on the other side that makes it impossible for them to stick their noses through.

She tried demanding $2000 for a vet bill, when I refused she called animal control. The officer inspected my fence and sided with me. lol

I actually like dogs and many dog owners around me are responsible and have good dogs and they do not bark in a disturbing way...

However in the end if a dog is a threat to life or a serious nuisance that destroys the quality of life of a neighbor or the neighborhood, you have the right to do what you must to make it stop, up to and including terminating the problem yourself. The authorities usually are ineffective and do not care no matter what, many times they are corrupt...it could be that the OP problem is that the woman is involved with criminal drug dealing and the cops are getting a cut and running interference for the owner because they have a stake in her being happy and where she is.

I have owned and rehabilitated dogs n no barking unless someone is on the property. They get punishment in training for barking with no reason.

I have zero tolerance for barking if it’s unwarranted, usually it is. The owners are the problem not the dog.

We have the same problem, the dog barks all day off and on. When it hears any noise at all it barks so fast and without stopping sometimes for hours.

What is wrong with the owners? They are deaf, or just selfish pigs. I never see them. I just hear the constant barking.
