Re: Theory on Earth Expanding
I don't have a problem with his theory of an expanding Earth.

I do have a problem in that he gives no theory as to the mechanism of the expansion.

I have heard other theories for an expanding Earth, but this guy offers none.

That's only half an theory, in other words, a nothing burger.

Still, 5 stars for an interesting, if half-assed video.

Yeah, I can't see how the Earth (below the continents), can expand by such a crazy amount.

Edit: another video below changed my mind.

As we know the life of a star or our sun grows as it gets older. Earth mass would also have to grow to keep it in the habitable zone around the sun. Everything on Earth grows Man, trees, food, wildlife, etc. The universe is expanding and everything in it. Why is this so hard to understand when we see it all around us with our own eye everyday.

OK. I guess there would have to be something at the atomic level happening to allow it to expand. The strong nuclear forces that they don't understand would have to weaken a bit or something. Or the simple attraction between electrons and protons would have to lessen, making larger atomic orbitals.

It almost has to be the case if the stuff presented in that video is true.

Thanks for thinking outside the box. :)

Think about how land is formed, volcano goes off magma comes up and you have Hawaii. When you are a baby you grow your mass to become a man. More mass is always being created because God is the Father of Creation. Here is a deeper subject it cannot happen without Light.

I like the expanding universe theory and it's reasonable to think the continent's were once connected. I wonder though, with the planet being made up of some 70% H2O, where was it way back when and where is it going to now....

Water is a funny think, it can change its shape but it stay around forever. If you burn it, it goes to steam, condenses and returns to water, plus it's a good lubricate.

This makes me think about the acrylic pours I do. Canvas placed on a lazy Susan. The mediums are water based acrylics with additives such as silicone, conditioners and glue. Spun around and the compositions open up into cells and spreads apart. So depending on the elements and viscosity used, the results can range from dramatic to a dirty mess.

Some call it art, I call it fun...

Silicone is the trick for the expanding cells.

It fit together alright but it was not millions of years before it divided because it happened after the water of the deep oceans broke through and caused the flood. I guess he forgot that part. Yes, at one point there was one landmass. Science has a problem with their fiddling, they forget little points about creation. The water was separated to create the land so it went down, the it broke to come back during the flood. That does not mean there were no bodies of water, there was. There can't be a test of the age of rocks without a theory and just because they believe the theory it doesn't mean it lives up to facts. You can see the new valley in Turkey now because of an earthquake and the time Organ had a big change in their state because of the volcano eruption, it now has a whole change in one area, you really have to see before and after.

By the way, why do you think earth has fault lines? The earth broke and the water from the deep, "underground", if you read the bible it laid out, first he divided he water and made the land, the water was under the land but there were water that life was put in, the earth hadn't been finished, the oceans were just not as many or as big as now, or maybe they were in a separate from the land because it also tells of the earth separating at and after the water from the deep broke forth, came up, and it was with great force. That would really move land and make land changes, volcanos and earthquakes happened after the flood also. I don't even think there is much evidence of an ice age the way they tell it, flood yes, ice age, it may have some very cold time but the other, probably not as they say. Nothing fits well with their theories. There is still snow and ice at the north pole and if we are a sphere and magnetic, the south pole should not be an icy place it would be the north that ice and the south warm, opposite reactions, so if it got ice, the poles are right. Now you have Chile that fits the bill for ice but that because of mountain ranges and that is also true for Antarctica, doesn't mean every place is covered with ice and snow.

I got to the point of questioning every thing they say because the things they said don't fit the way things have been working and changing. After a while you can see how thing can change is a small time and not even a week let along millions of year which is so out there really I wonder who decided to put it out this way. By the way it really doesn't take long for some places to for things that are carbon base into rock, this one is has happened in a very short time so fossil can be a lot newer than they said also.

They would not lie to us would they? Yes, they would and are still doing it.

Hey ive been all over the pole shift and expanding earth theory since late 2000's.
The earth is about to change again.
theres gonna be 90 degree shift and the land change.
The cycle of creating great freshwater lakes will happen again from the change in temp in polar areas.
The polar areas mainly antartica will be the new land everyone will want it

Re: Theory on Earth Expanding

Suggested mechanism at around 18 minutes.

Earth was formed with the core being elemental Iron.

Slowly over time, water seeps to the core, and the Elemental iron oxidizes, making it physically larger. Eight times larger.

Fe + 3H2O ==> Fe2O3 + 3H2

Earth did not appreciably change in mass. (The orbit would have been affected).

But I think it is plausible that the iron core simply rusted and grew in volume as a result. This would have bound up a great deal of Earth's oxygen, and hence water.

The author suggests that the Earth began covered mostly in water and points to the existence of marine fossils found in the mountains as evidence.

Science! :)

By Jove I think he might be right!

Psalms 24:2

2 He built it on the deep waters beneath the earth and laid its foundations in the ocean depths.

The Creation
1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

God!... I tend to think He knew how He made our planet, better than any man...
Romans 14:11 It is written:
“‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.

It is pretty obvious that the earth has expanded like an inflating balloon.

Real science would accept this and then try to find out the mechanism.

Instead what we have is: 'we cannot conceive of any possible mechanism, therefore could not happen, did not happen'. . . . and we will make up any old BS to fudge it, avoid looking like fools . . . . and keep our academic fiefdoms intact.

The real mechanism - it's probably from the transmutation of heavier elements (fed to us like and umbilical plasma cord from the sun) in the earth's plasma core as per EU theories.

One of the later videos I posted already gave what i believe it is answer.

Iron.

The core started out as elemental iron.

Then as the water seeped toward the core the iron oxidized. The oxidized form takes up a LOT more volume.

Seems to make sense. (I was going to say, it seems to hold water, but thought maybe not to be too clever). :)

Decomposition rates are higher in damp moist areas such as the tropics around the equator and the earth is more elongated in that area.

Not sure how much that amounts to, but yes, helium nuclei (alpha particles), bombard the Earth constantly.

There was some spontaneous atomic decay theory for heavy water I think it was, that they tested when I was a kid, and they had to do the experiments in a place with less Alpha particle bombardment than the surface of the Earth. So they went down a couple miles deep into a salt mine below Lake Erie. Even down there, they were still getting hammered with alpha particles, but not so many that they could not filter them from the experimental results by calculation.

There was a swimming pool of water they built down there, and lined it with photocell detectors to detect the energy flash from a spontaneous atomic decomposition. If an alpha particle played a role in the decomposition, they could detect this signature on the photocells and filter those occurrences from the results. (Is it normal for a 10 year old kid to read about this stuff?)
