Their scout craft are built almost entirely out of parts made by us manufacturers. Everything except the fiber optic windings and the navigational equipment. They don't let us in on how that stuff works. They allow us to build the rest of the scout craft in exchange for info about how to improve our radios, radar, etc. They won't help us with weapons. They live 800-1200 yrs, and they are extremely fragile physically, but their tech is far superior. Especially their weapons and "armor". We have been interacting with them since the 60s. All "world leaders" are aware of their presence, and try to play nice for their tech know how. They need supplies as they go to and from their home planet, and it makes sense to build the scout craft here instead of moving them back and forth. One site where we build them is just north of Las Vegas in the mountains. I can take questions, but won't discuss certain subjects. I don't need the drama.

Also aliens may not be much more advanced than us. They may have just got lucky and skipped the nuclear age and go straight to quantum age after discovering an exotic matter for fuel on their home planet

Honestly? Here are the potential explanations I see (without getting into complete tinfoil hat territory)

- To distract from the terrible environmental catastrophe happening right now in Ohio, sending extremely dangerous carcinogens in the air, sending a literal toxic death cloud over the US

- To prepare the US population for increasing incidents with China now that they finally decided to deal with the spy crafts entering US airspace without consequence

- To cover up the shitshow that took place after the first balloon was discovered. US air force started removing "filters" that were in place in their equipments to filter out things like birds and balloons because otherwise it was just showing tons of junk all over their radars. Now that they realized that the Chinese use balloons to spy them, they decided to remove these software filters. Suddenly all the radars started showing tons of previously unaccounted for objects (some foreign, some domestic, some just floating junk) and panic followed (hence the immediate briefing to senate). In this panic, they started shooting down stuff left and right, without checking first if these objects were Americans or not. Now they realized they acted out of panic, and are crafting a story to hide their incompetence. The story is simply to say they have no idea what these other objects are (when they now know they are American). That's why China only criticized the downing of the first balloon, and not the subsequent ones, because they weren't theirs.

I read that at least one of these 'objects' received scrutiny from a U-2 aircraft.

With the high resolution imagery available from that aircraft, it is hard to believe 'they don't know' what these things are.

I think there are three possibilities...

Project Blue Beam (psyop)

Our Own Stuff (technology)

Actual Extraterrestrial, or Extradimensional, or even the beings that live in Inner Earth

I don't know which one it is. But I do know that there are other beings in the universe.
