Last time this cloud formation was seen... it was turkey before the earthquake - now seen in Argentina

Last time I saw something like this in real life in late August 2001.
I went home, got on GOES east and clicked over the area I was in, saw what I was looking for, saved the file, sent it to five people across the planet that a lot of old timer GLP knows...and three never received the file, one did but somehow lost it, the remaining one had their hard drive melt down on opening, and then three days before 9-11 my hard drive was attacked and destroyed..
