Update: Eggs don't cause covid-19 like broccoli and raspberries do..Made a Denver Airport Omelette. Still feeling fine.

Tonight might try some baked chicken and see if that causes the deadly deadly covid-19 virus.

will keep the cayenne pepper season off as a control. it will be just plain chicken as I want to get to the root of the what foods and/or spices really cause covid-19

being a scientist like this is really fun. I almost feel like dr. anthony fauci, or a garagantuan albert bourla.!

Covid-19 is serious stuff remember to get vaccinated, watch what you eat, and social distance while cooking too!

Update: Cooking chicken now. slow bake. will be a couple hour before ready

got thermosensors on it so it's even an 275F for some time
should be a good experiment

when it's ready and cooked i will let you know if i get covid-19 from the baked chicken
i almost feel like a scientist or molecular biologist doing these kind of experiments

i even bought one of those mead graph notebooks so i could plot the X-Y axis of temperature versus time while i cook it.
this kind of research is really neato and fun. Anything to save the world and trusting the science.!

Update: Baked Chicken seems to be okay. No deadly Covid-19 yet.

We can assume baked chicken is safe until the authorities tell us differently

Update: Had a salad with Romaine Lettuce, Garbanzo beans, Diced Pickled Beets, with a dab of Ranch dressing

I don't think I got Covid-19 from eating that.

So those foods seem safe

In a week i might try Broccoli again. Is that tempting fate? last time I got long Broccoli Covid.

safe to say salad with beets and garbanzo beans is a safe beat

Update: Going to fast for 24-36 hours.

Not sure if fasting is safe from the dreaded Covid-19 and Bird Flu. will be drinking lemon water though. I do this every two weeks.

for now it's rice and beans as i've deemed them safe based on my limited science skills

update to add: first 24 hours of a fast is hard. i slept really good though and dreamt of eating mattresses. Still no Covid-19. it's interesting though to think about it. How a CGI spinning ball virus representation with little spikes hanging out fooled the world into taking unknown untested chemicals being injected into their body.

for now...hungry, but it usually goes away after about 18 hours based on past experience.

Update: 24 hours in. not hungry anymore. Did have a dream where broccoli had conciousness and i woke up with a raspberry like rash. Not sure if this has any relationship. But plants do have minds and now im very weary of this sort of thing. The world is alive!

Update: breaking the fast. No deadly covid-19 bioweapon from a leaked lab in china yet. Plan on doing another longer fast in a couple weeks

Update: Ate a cracker (no, not that type) with some lunch meat on it. Feeling pretty good about it too.

Think it is safe to say that Hummus and Pitas, bell peppers and lettuce are safe from causing Covid-19.

already experimented with these, but science requires repeat confirmation before one can conclude a hypothesis.

romaine lettuce was used as well.

there's a rule in science before you go public with it. at least 3 times confirmation .

this is the second time. with the same circumstances. so far so good.

no bird flu or dreaded covid-19.

will repeat third experiment soon and then publish my peer-reviewed findings

This is warning to everyone, now supermarket broccoli is GMO, it stays green, never turns yellow, hard to cook soft, hard to chew, hard to digest,
left it outside for a week, never get rotten, never attract insects.

Bell peppers seem safe though..but stay away from Giant Cherries too..They give you all kinds of health problems
