decided to wait on making sphagetti. kept it light with some vanilla and raspberry yogurt instead.

not sure if the raspberries in yogurt causes Covid-19 or Long Covid-19

Guess I will find out in the next 24 hours.

let's hope the yogurt keeps the raspberry Covid-19 at bay.
