An unconstitutional agreement is unconstitutional. Congress is required to pass Uniform bankruptcy laws. Bankruptcy laws are not uniform, not by a long shot. Plus it clearly violates the 13th Amendment.

Just send them a notarized notice that notices their letter to access the straw man discharge of debt, sign and date it. The debt will then be sent to the straw man and paid by the agent signatory of the straw man (you) in fiat deemed currency of the straw man.

If you can prove and meet their legal standard of “undue hardship” if forced to repay the loan, you can file an adversary proceeding attached to your bankruptcy and attempt to get a full or partial discharged or negotiate a settlement to reduce the amount. Most people don’t know this though. Dept of Ed. And DOJ recently issued revised policy guidance to clarify and standardize the process in the interest of transparency and fairness.
