These high speed chases statistically show that many injuries occur to innocent bystanders, drivers etc. Myself sideswiped by a car attempting to flee the police, causing me to lose 2 days work, until I got a rental and transfered my trade tools to the rental, insurance covered the damage, the rental was out of pocket as I fid not have lose of use rider, and wages lost for time missed. Came very close to flipping my truck after the impact so could have ended up seriously injured or dead as a result of a police chase.

Had I died as the sole breadwinner for my family, can't afford life insurance etc, so who supports my family and get the bills paid if I had died? Police dept if my wife would have the sense to find a good lawyer, she wouldn't just not the type to do that. So they would suffer for years.

If police are going to endanger regular folk, for whatever reason there needs to be enshrined in law several million dollar payouts to victims of police chases, stray police bullets, and police killings, say a cop shoots your dog that should be an automatic 250k payout to the dogs owner, should the dog have a clean history and not known to have behaviour problems.

Coos are liars, they protect and serve themselves, investigate themselves, and need to be policed in turn by citizen committees. Laws need to be created to protect the innocent bystander from police actions and mistakes in their operations that impact innocent bystanders, for injuries, damages, death, and more.

The one guy got knocked out of the way from the building falling right into a mattress on the sidewalk.

Police chases should be illegal because they endanger the public's lives and the reason is very seldom serious as killing an innocent person. Like almsot never.

The public is conditioned to think and accept that the banks money is more important than they are.

You couldn't see it on the video because the resolution was too low, but the car took out a vertical support that would have caused the building to collapse even if it was brand new.

I couldn't pssoibly care less if someone manages to get away in a crime that involves only the loss of money from some lender or insurance company. Almost all of these chases are just that.

The police should be charged with reckless endangerment when they do this, and manslaughter/murder when they kill someone.
