Disgraced Attorney Alex Murdaugh Sentenced To Life In Prison For Murdering Wife And Son.. Maintains His Innocence First off , let me say that Alex Murdaugh was definitely a part of the "good ol boy" system in S.C. .. Make no mistake he was greedy, entitled, self important and had covered up alot of misdeeds made by his own family an friends and etc over many years.... He also definitely was a crook whom embezzled millions of dollars from both his client's settlements as well as his firm....... That being said.... I honestly don't believe that he , himself killed his wife and son.... I just don't .... I believe there is way more to this than meets the eye... I do believe he was there either just before or when it happened.... Also, if he was that much in the hole moneywise, stealing what he had been over the last, let's say 10-12 years , and he was seriously addicted to pain pills spending the kind of money he was .... there HAD to be something else at play here.. I have watched every day of this case and been keeping up since it became mainstream news... Also been doing my own digging... My theory on this is that he owed the wrong people money, and that he was IN TOO DEEP involved in drug trafficking with ms13, a drug cartel or the like..... I think that the night of the murders, that someone or a few persons in the drug cartel had watched and planned this for awhile, but that they either killed his wife and son in front of him , or right after he had went back to the house and/or directly after he had left...... I believe the defense's experts on the "kill shots" being a contact wound... meaning for example, after paul had been shot with the shotgun to the chest, that he stumbled forward in shock , maybe fell to his knees, and there was a shot directly to his head... These seemed to me like "execution" type killings on the final shot to each person... I think that if my theory is plausible, that they probably threatened to kill all of his family including himself if he uttered a word about it .... Then you have the lying about being at the kennel prior to when this would have occurred.... I think that being a lawyer and in the law system for all his life, he knows that the spouse is ALWAYS the first suspect..... and he knew he was there and more than likely made to witness the murders... and he was so paranoid, scared as well as having just dealt with the horrible trauma mentally of having seen the ones he loved being executed in front of him... He knew he couldnt admit having been there because that would open up a whole nother can of worms leading to either being charged for this himself or having to tell what happened thus potentially putting the rest of his family in grave danger... I mean he saw what they just did to maggie and paul... I am sure he believed them...... I think also that he knew that no matter what he did or said, it would be bad for him or the remaining family he has... that's why he tried having that Eddie guy shoot and kill him at the side of the road that following september .. He was dealing with this absolute traumatic experience of loss, not to mention he knew that the chickens were coming home to roost with all the financial crimes he committed.... and I believe he wanted to die.... but the only way his life insurance would pay out to his surviving family (son Buster) was if he was killed.... THATS why he did that.... NOT to gain sympathy or take the "heat" off him as far as the murders or financial crimes.... I believe the S.L.E.D investigation was shoddy as hell, and in my humble opinion, there was not enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict Alex Murdaugh of these heinous murders..... I was honestly expecting a hung jury or not guilty due to there certainly being a reasonable doubt... actually multiple.. I mean yes, he was a horrible, horrible person for stealing from all those poor people he represented, as well as his lawfirm..... and yes he is a liar...... I just seriously don't believe he pulled the triggers, nor even had someone(s) do it .. I just don't ... Even if he wasn't convicted for this, he would have been for his financial crimes, and it is said he would have probably done life for those.. so the state had him by the balls no matter what..... So this conviction is nothing but merely icing on the cake for the state ... But the real murderers could still be out there having got away with this if my theory or something similar is true.... Alex Murdaugh is a piece of shit....but I just don't think this all played out like the state prosecution says it did... I just don't believe he actually pulled the trigger or paid anyone to do so either... Free mustache rides . ALSO, check out my horrorcore rap artist page Icepick Willie [link to www.facebook.com] |
