This is totally normal. Like half a dozen kids had heart attacks when I was in middle school. Later when I was older and got a job in a cardiac rehab clinic it was mostly grade school aged kids. Totally normal.

Once just once before COVID a coworker died playing football maybe 19 years ago. They guessed at the cause way back then.
