Where's the Beef? Beef cattle inventory lowest since 1962, US population almost 3x more!

Cattle prices down and price of hay is sky high. Not to mention feed, dewormer costs fence repair etc. We gave up the cows-they we’re costing us too much money.

In some places their having to pry the little stinkys up off the ground they land on with a pry bar cause they are still wet when they come down the slide and emidiatly freeze to the ground .

I made a huge pot of Chili today and the Ground beef alone was $36 for 6 lbs.

Everything is getting sky high in prices. Chili used to be "Cheap" One pot meal, but today with the Beef prices and peppers and seasonings, I spent right at $80 to make Chili today.
