Wasn't there a zombie deer outbreak in the US and Canada just before the covid scam?

Posts here about deer eating birds. They will eat meat if deficient in something in blood. Mostly herbivorous though Well, I've never seen them eat meat. They were different, just standing still and staring at you. In the city, at that. Absolutely abnormal behaviour for a deer. But it wasn't only deer - there were videos of rabbits, birds etc. all behaving like that, with a blank stare and 0 fear of humans.
