Leave on scalp for 30 min then shampoo out. I also use Ladoura Duo scalp device. It’s red light therapy, micro current stimulation, and massage. Use daily for five minutes. Saw my best results with that device. A lot of reviews on YouTube. |

She said it is what Indian women use for thick, beautiful hair. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and it is amazing. Takes very little. When hair is still damp, rub into scalp and then comb it through. Find it on Amazon, a $12 bottle will easily last a year. Hair has thickened up to like when I was a teenager. A lot less breakage. ETA: Stress will definitely cause a hair fall. Usually happens a couple months after the major stress event. Hair folicles just stop, hair looks shabby & falls, and then after a couple months hair will start growing again. When I was a teenager and would get those "nocturnal emissions" I had a hairy spot where the semen would end up sitting overnight. So try to convince her that you need to rub your spooge into her scalp every day. Kind like the hair gel scene in the movie Something About Mary. Maybe her girl friends too. |

Head massages to stimulate scalp growth. Adopt the curly girl method. Works for all hair types. Wear hair in protective styles - braids, hair sticks, or silk scrunchies. Drink lots of water and ditch the caffeine & alcohol. |

She was vegan and doctor tested her and told her she had to eat meat as she was not getting required nutrients from her diet. Good looking girl and looked like she was 80 when hair started falling out. She forced herself to eat fish and steak twice a week and her hair and skin color came back better than before. When you say really good diet are talking vegan, vegetarian? That would be my guess as to the issue. |

I put a scoop in my coffee every morning (get the type with no taste), great for hair, skin and nails. Note: do not put the collagen in red wine, tastes the way cow poop smells. Use a natural bristle brush and brush 100 strokes, also stimulating the scalp with the bristles and brush to the end of the hair. Keep head below the heart. Grab sections of your hair near the scalp and pull 25 times different sections all over. (it should hurt a little) Keeping head down pull all over your scalp. Try to stay inverted for at least 5 minutes. Do this every day, without fail. Also, any exercise that increases circulation is good for your hair! |

Don't use soap until you've used all the tubes of Durvet. Use it in your hair 5 days apart. After about a month or two you'll start to see some hair growth. We did this with our Labrador Retriever and you couldn't tell she was losing her hair. Reality leaves alot to the imagination |

You are most welcome. There are quite a few YT videos on Amla oil as well. Some people just use it as a pre-shampoo mask, others take the approach I learned from my Indian fried. Also, make sure your hair is dry when brushing. I like to use my natural horn comb to comb before brushing, also stimulating the scalp.
