You should know me from my many previous posts including natural health topics. Numerous woman friends/neighbors have complained of hair loss, yes. Sharing beauty/health tips & what spa treatments work vs which are total rip-offs is the norm among us. For example condo neighbors advocate eating green olives with garlic added daily. Helped with my allergies on windy days. I also damaged my hair swimming laps in a chlorinated pool and relaxing afterwards in our condo jacuzzi. She was vegan and doctor tested her and told her she had to eat meat as she was not getting required nutrients from her diet. Good looking girl and looked like she was 80 when hair started falling out. She forced herself to eat fish and steak twice a week and her hair and skin color came back better than before. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79968456 When you say really good diet are talking vegan, vegetarian? That would be my guess as to the issue. Yup. People need protein. At least eat eggs and dairy if against meat eating. And eat seafood like oysters and clams. Find out protein needs and get that every day. I’m more of a carb person(love fruit) so have to make myself eat enough protein. My hair and skin are getting better. |

How do I get oil out of the plant leaves? Is it sufficient to just add them to my food? They say use essential oil with carrier - I just slap it on after a hairwash, i probably shouldnt though. They say it stimulates blah blah.. think it all boils down to blood flow? No idea, my hair was getting thinned out from motorcycle helmet pulling it out I think... |

Or wear a swim cap. Loved the ones with the flowers from the 50s. |

Though you can boil the rosemary in water and put the water in a spray bottle and spray on the scalp and use as a rinse. |

She said it is what Indian women use for thick, beautiful hair. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and it is amazing. Takes very little. When hair is still damp, rub into scalp and then comb it through. Find it on Amazon, a $12 bottle will easily last a year. Hair has thickened up to like when I was a teenager. A lot less breakage. ETA: Stress will definitely cause a hair fall. Usually happens a couple months after the major stress event. Hair folicles just stop, hair looks shabby & falls, and then after a couple months hair will start growing again. Excellent comment |

I also love Olaplex 3 & 6, but they are expensive, and as much as I love Olaplex, many others dislike it. Also love IGK Good Behavior as a leave in if I am using any heat on my hair. Can be found on Amazon. Fate whispers to the warrior "You cannot withstand the storm" the warrior whispers back "I am the storm" INTJ-A |
