I used to think the Nazis were heroes trying to save Germany with brute force, but the fact that they bailed out on Germany after the Havaara Agreement, fled to South America and let the "enemies" take over Berlin proves otherwise entirely. When Hitler started WWII by invading Poland he first made a deal with the Communist Soviet Union, the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact. The Nazis and communists split Eastern Europe between them. The Nazis and Communists met as friends after jointly invading Poland from East and West in 1939. Then Germany invaded Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands and France... none of which were communist. In fact their communist ally the Soviet Union supplied them with oil, grain and raw materials needed to invade the non-communist nations of Western Europe. Then Germany bombed the shit out of Britain in The Blitz while still friends and supplied by their communist ally. WWII had been going on for 2 years with huge numbers of dead and Germany in control of most of Europe before Hitler ordered the invasion of his communist ally. |
