I hope you don't mind me posting this. Myself, I don't limit my meditation and I try to teach this to those I am helping- which isn't often and never over the net.

(me/ when meditating, unless on some specific issue or chakra)

I like to engulf my self in many colors instead of 1, or 2. I go for all 7 primary chakra colors in related spots. I will also exercise all of the Solfeggio scale. (below) I also use positive/negative energy flow via hand positions. (i.e.. to ground yourself and work the root, you can on the right hand palm up, curl in the fingers, meet the index and thumb) Which alone is a flow of grounded energy. Couple this with colors and vibrational sound, whew. : ) There's a hand flow for all chakras, as there are sounds.

There's no need to limit our body, mind nor spirit.
