Thing is, this is just a bail out for the tech sector with the fed shoring up deposits that didn't pay for extra insurance against larger account balances. They should have taken a haircut if the banks assets sold at a loss after the run.

Funny how the FDIC insurance protects those that didn't have extra coverage policy's. Now, the banks will have to pay more for FDIC coverage, and that will be passed down to every account holder. So it's a not a tax, tax.
