BREAKING: Russian Su-27 aircraft collided with US Reaper drone over the Black Sea

Per flight radar 24, Commercial traffic heading east is now flying much farther south, over Bulgarian airspace, before making the turn east.

If there are any helicopters over the Black Sea doing recovery, they aren’t using ADSB.

USN P-8 out of Constanta doing multiple patterns along the Romanian coastline, but is staying over land, not moving out to sea.

The B-52 incident happened a few days ago, crossing into Russian airspace. The Russians are probably pissed and are getting a little aggressive. Not surprised this happened.

I was working on my front porch this past summer/fall and was out late. There was a story a year or two back where a Russian pilot buzzed a US Navy ship and power on the ship went down temporarily. If at all true, would have to think there would be better ways to bring down a drone than a fuel dump.

There seems to be a typo in the OP, it was an Orange UAV (not a drone) and it didn't collide with a Russian jet, it colluded with a Russian jet.
