Changing times
The Bank of Canada is responsible for supplying bank notes to Canadians and for making sure there is confidence in the Canadian dollar. To do this, we need to adapt to changes in the way Canadians pay for goods and services. Canadians are using:
* cash less often
* digital payments, such as credit and debit cards, more often
* mobile payment options more frequently
The day may come when Canadians can no longer readily use cash or when an alternative private digital currency becomes widely adopted. That might be the tipping point when a CBDC could be needed.
Bank notes will continue to be available for Canadians, even if a central bank digital currency were to be introduced.

Remove the internet and smart phones, the foundations of the CBDC. Without the technology, this system will not work.

I watched the first video, It could transition slowly like that as is planned into a centralized system, that could be a instrument for the mark of the beast, but that's not quite how I read it.

The beast system itself and the mark of the beast will not come until the dragon is cast to the earth and possesses the man of sin.

Would CBDC be used for ultimate control if implemented, well duh

The beast system will be in place in one form or another when satan arrives, and then the rules will be changed quickly, take the mark or be put to death, because the AC is such a nice guy and everyone will love him, when he is revealed, but that's not quite how I read it.

13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

There's a significant percent of people who have a preppper mindset and will not adopt. There's a bunch of old people who can't even use a calculator and will not adopt. We are told there are many black people who can't obtain basic identification and would not adopt. These groups account for well over one third of the population. You can't force a new fiat at that kind of low adoption rate. It would be financial chaos and force these groups outside bankers control forever. They have already gamed this outcome, I'm sure.

There will also be major lawsuits. I've got a contract with my bank to pay the mortgage in US dollars. I can't change the terms and force them to accept rubles or silver just like they can't force me to pay in some new digital currency.

It won't happen kids. CBDC is a bankers wet dream, but that's all it will ever be. Even if it comes to being, silver coins exist and there will be a strong barter economy. You should look at such a change as an opportunity to move further outside their grid of control, though I promise you life will be harder than you are used to. More like how your great grandparents lived.

Also, good news is happening in conjunction with the 1260 days that the son of perdition is given power, those that are accounted worthy to escape in the Greater Exodus will go into the wilderness when satan is cast to the earth, because they kept His command to persevere and will not be put to this last test of their faith.
