You really need to be diversified, so you can survive using what people believe in, even if it's like the video game Fallout, where you trade bottle caps for real goods.

I personally believe the riskier fiat trading devices are things the elites try and make illegal, like bitcoins and gold. They've made gold illegal to own many times in the past, because the elites want to hoard it all for themselves, to make their paper more valuable. Bitcoin directly competes with the digital dollars they want to control people with, so they are very risky to own.

To survive you'll need land, water, and fiats to pay your property taxes, either that or work for the elites in some form or fashion.
