Anyway, the physical abuse to his body is enough to be really dangerous to his psyche. He had the bottom surgery at 16 or 17, and there were all kinds of issues, and bad smells, and rot, and just general physical discomfort.

Now he looks like a fat woman and nobody wants him. And his stupid mom just continues to exploit him for her own personal gain. It's not for his well being, that's for sure.
