The grossest thing I read on this thread was about his franken-gina smells like shit because it is attached to his colon.

A manmade mutilation, like they do to these kids, cannot lubricate itself. It's body tissue that was designed to be on the outside, it grows hair, it doesn't lubricate. It was not designed to be penetrated. What are doctors thinking and why is this allowed?
