He does not have a penis, as you say, but a vaginal opening that is actually a wound that has to be kept open with regular (daily I think) dilation with a dildo or the wound will seal up as wounds do. I think it connects to his anus, hence the smell. Jazz could get the surgery because he was used as a role model for the trans process and the TV show was the platform that enabled it. It probably also got him into Harvard which I think he was unable to hack. It now appears that unlike so many trans MTF who are gay and thus think they're female, jazz mother screwed him up. It now appears he is actually a mutilated straight man as he now realizes he is attracted to women. As he becomes a more independent adult his real nature is starting to assert itself, but he is ruined as you see. Only religion might comfort him at this point. Hopefully he can live and become a powerful voice against transgenderism. ^^THIS^^^ All you sickos laughing, this was a tiny little boy of around 6 years old when his mother started to brainwash his mind. He then more than likely didnt want to upset his mother or lose her attention so he went along with her sickness as he didnt know any different. Shame on all of you. He can not turn back time and get a do over. He is stuck in his ruined body forever! His only solace is deep reflection and prayer and of course to rid himself of his mother.  I know. High school football star, enlisted in the army and served for awhile. Then became a hairdresser while identifying as a woman for at least a year while seeing a psychologist. CA law used to require adults to undergo thorough psychiatric evaluation for a long time before taking trans drugs. There's a high risk of suicide once someone goes thru the process as a former coworker once told me, although I'm a very feminine gay man, I'll never fully be accepted as a woman no matter what I do.
